1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WorkOnHybrid ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), whether as a job seeker, employer, or visitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2A. Accounts
To post a job as an employer, or to apply for international roles as a candidate, you are required to create an account protected by a password. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information when creating your account (including, for candidates, your name, email, phone, category, skills, city, experience, and resume)
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with any other person
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. WorkOnHybrid is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
3. Nature of the Platform — Information Provider Only
WorkOnHybrid is an information and listing platform that connects job seekers with employment opportunities, both domestic and international. We do not act as a recruitment agency, employment agency, staffing company, or placement guarantee service in the traditional sense. Our role is limited to:
- Displaying job listings submitted by employers or sourced from third parties
- Facilitating initial contact/application between candidates and employers
- Providing optional paid application plans and assistance services (see Section 8)
Not all features described in these Terms may be active or visible on the Platform at all times; we may enable, disable, or phase different features (including domestic or international listings) at our discretion as the Platform evolves.
4. No Guarantee of Employment
WorkOnHybrid does not guarantee that any candidate will receive an interview, offer, or job placement through use of the Platform. Use of the Platform, including any paid plan or service, is not a promise of employment outcome.
5. Employer-Posted and Outsourced Listings
Job listings on the Platform are sourced in two ways:
- Directly posted by employers or their authorized representatives through our employer posting tool; or
- Outsourced/aggregated from third-party sources, partner platforms, or publicly available listings.
We do not independently verify, audit, or endorse every job listing, employer, or the accuracy of the information contained in any posting (including salary, job description, or company legitimacy) before it is published or made visible to candidates.
6. No Responsibility for Employers or Their Job Postings
WorkOnHybrid is not responsible or liable for:
- The accuracy, legality, or legitimacy of any job posting
- The conduct, hiring practices, or employment terms offered by any employer listed on the Platform
- Any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a candidate's interaction, interview, or employment with an employer found through the Platform
- Any misrepresentation made by an employer regarding the role, compensation, or working conditions
- The employer's use of, or response to, any resume or application sent to their listed application email address
Candidates are strongly advised to independently verify any employer and job offer before proceeding, including asking for a written offer letter before making any payment or resigning from current employment.
7. No Responsibility for Candidates
Similarly, WorkOnHybrid is not responsible or liable for:
- The accuracy of information, qualifications, resumes, or skills submitted by candidates
- Any misrepresentation made by a candidate to an employer
- The conduct of any candidate during the application, interview, or employment process
Employers are advised to conduct their own background verification, reference checks, and due diligence before extending an offer.
8. Paid Plans and Services
WorkOnHybrid offers optional paid application plans for international roles, structured as a fixed number of "applies" (credits) valid for a set period. As of this update, the available plans are:
- Tester — ₹1,000 for 50 applies, valid 1 month
- Gold — ₹5,500 for 275 applies, valid 6 months
- Platinum — ₹9,900 for 495 applies, valid 12 months
Plan pricing, applies included, and validity periods may change over time; the terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase. Applies do not roll over, transfer to another plan, or extend beyond the stated validity period, and unused applies are forfeited once a plan expires.
We may also offer separate optional assistance services (such as "Assist," where our team applies to eligible roles on a candidate's behalf) for domestic roles where available. Purchase of any paid plan or service:
- Does not guarantee an interview, shortlisting, offer, or placement
- Entitles the user only to the specific service described at the time of purchase (e.g., a defined number of applies within a defined validity period)
From time to time we may offer promotional discount codes. A valid discount code reduces only the price paid for a plan — it never increases or otherwise changes the number of applies, credits, or the validity period granted under that plan.
9. Fees and Refund Policy
- Domestic job applications through the Platform, where available, are completely free for candidates. WorkOnHybrid does not charge any placement fee at any stage — before or after an offer, interview, or hire — for domestic applications submitted directly by the candidate.
- An optional Assist service, where offered, is never required in order to apply, interview, or be hired for any domestic role.
- International application plans (Tester, Gold, Platinum) are paid upfront as described in Section 8, and are subject to the tiered refund policy below.
Refund policy:
- Tester plan: Non-refundable once purchased, except in the case of a genuine billing error (such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount charged), which will be corrected or refunded upon verification.
- Gold and Platinum plans: Eligible for a full refund if requested within 10 hours of purchase, provided no applies have yet been used under that plan (i.e.
applies_usedis still zero). Once even a single apply has been used, or once 10 hours have passed from the time of purchase — whichever happens first — the payment becomes non-refundable, regardless of the eventual outcome.
Any money paid directly to an employer or third party (outside of payments made to WorkOnHybrid) is between the candidate and that party; WorkOnHybrid holds no responsibility for such payments and strongly discourages candidates from paying employers directly for job-related processes.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or candidate information
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including scams, phishing, or solicitation of upfront payment from candidates in violation of our no-upfront-fee policy for domestic applications
- Scrape, copy, or republish Platform content without authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Share your account credentials with, or create an account on behalf of, another person without authorization
We reserve the right to remove any listing, account, or content that violates these terms without notice.
11. Third-Party Links and Content
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., employer career pages, "Visit site" links). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the WorkOnHybrid name, logo, design, and original text, is the property of WorkOnHybrid and may not be reproduced without permission. Job listings and candidate resumes remain the property of the respective employer or candidate who submitted them.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkOnHybrid, its founders, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use of or inability to use the Platform
- Any employment relationship, offer, rejection, or dispute arising from a connection made through the Platform
- Any third-party conduct, including that of employers or candidates
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any listing
Our total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by that user to WorkOnHybrid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorkOnHybrid and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interaction with any employer or candidate.
15. No Employer-Employee Relationship
Nothing on this Platform creates an employer-employee relationship between WorkOnHybrid and any candidate, or between WorkOnHybrid and any employer's staff. WorkOnHybrid is solely an intermediary platform.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your personal information, including account details, resumes, and contact details shared with employers.
17. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform, for any user, at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
18. Force Majeure
WorkOnHybrid shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet or server outages, or government action.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WorkOnHybrid regarding use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India, only.
23. Contact Us and Support

For account, application, or billing support, you may also raise a support ticket, which will be tracked and responded to under a unique ticket code.
